About
About Kristin Russo, professional audience member
Hi! I’m Kristin Russo, and if there’s a studio audience, a red carpet crowd or a pop-up line in New York, there’s a good chance I’m in it, clapping on cue. Here’s the story behind My Life in the Audience and the “Front Row Russo” nickname.
Hi, I'm Kristin, a.k.a. Front Row Russo
Professional audience member. Accidental VIP.
I've filled seats at more than 150 TV tapings across daytime, late night, awards, morning TV and competition shows, and I've gone from the seats to on-camera on Bravo, ABC, NBC and FOX. I know how live TV really works, from the studio line to the walk-in to the moment the lights come up.
I’ve made it on screen too: I’m a background performer in The Devil Wears Prada 2, right next to Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep, and in HBO’s And Just Like That..., and I filmed background in the upcoming Jennifer Lopez movie The Last Mrs. Parrish.
Now I bring brands where the cameras roll: into the audience, behind the scenes, and onto the streets of New York, Los Angeles and wherever major events land.
Seats I've filled include: Live with Kelly and Mark · The Sherri Shepherd Show · The View · Drew Barrymore · Kelly Clarkson · Tamron Hall · GMA · The Price Is Right · Kimmel · Fallon · Conan · Jay Leno · Rosie O'Donnell · American Idol · The Masked Singer · AGT · the Grammys, and the list goes on.
The funny side
Voted Class Clown in high school, and I did stand-up comedy in my 20s. I even made the cover of Louisville’s Velocity weekly for it in 2007. That playful streak never left: I’m down for anything, and I look great doing it.
